My Uncle Ray has spent many years researching our family genealogy. He lives far away so I don’t see him as frequently as I would like to, especially now that I can’t travel. He gave me an extraordinary gift the other day. I told him that I was using Family Tree Maker for some of my clients because it is wonderful to deliver a family tree with a family’s scanned photo collection. I asked Uncle Ray if I could see the family tree he made for our family. Sure enough he emailed me the Family Tree Maker file he had created. It has 1,200 people that he has entered in to our extended family tree (He has done extensive work). It brought me to tears, so I called him up to thank him and had a lovely phone chat with him.
