If one of your spring cleaning goals is to organize that box of jumbled printed photographs, do not get distracted. It is easy to become overwhelmed just looking through the photos, rather than organizing them. Use the “Two Second Rule” to help you stay on track. Don’t let yourself handle any photo longer than two seconds. Pick it up, make a decision about whether it falls into the A, B, or C category. Then set it in the appropriate pile. You will be amazed at the sense of accomplishment you will feel as you progress in tackling this project.
