I read this in a Feng Shui organizing book: “No rule dictates that you must treasure every picture you take. Do not keep copies or pictures that do not elicit a positive response.” I totally agree! One way to make your photo collection more manageable is to release the photos you don’t need or love. You are not deleting your memories by editing your story. Rather, you are creating a functional collection that tells your story in an enjoyable manner. Delete photos that are blurry, show people with closed eyes, or are under/over lit. Delete multiple shots of the same subject. Ditch screenshots, photos of meals you ate, and accidental shots inside your pocket.
